About the Adjectives Tool

Our adjectives tool is an experimental climate indicator that allows for taking the "institutional temperature" in under sixty seconds. A list of adjectives is displayed for participants to select up to five words that characterize their work climate.  Clusters of adjectives reveal how the climate is perceived by members of an institution.
