Transforming Challenged Units (TCU) Conference
The Transforming Challenged Units Conference is aimed at helping challenged units identify and address issues, and designed for institutional teams to leave with tailored, actionable strategies they can implement.
The conference is highly interactive, with our expert experienced academic leaders providing guidance on application of our tested strategies for addressing problems brought by participant teams. These academic leaders come prepared to share their experiences through case studies, and to work with groups to devise a way forward for specific unit challenges. We encourage participation from institutions bringing multi-level teams, including provost, dean, and unit leaders.
