Stephanie Seiler
Stephanie Seiler was an NCPRE team member in 2016 as a Lead Postdoctoral Research Associate. Stephanie received her Ph.D. from University of Illinois in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2011. Before joining NCPRE, Stephanie worked in industry for five years as a Selection and Assessment Manager and then as the Director of Research and Development for a leading personnel selection company. She had also worked with C.K. Gunsalus and Michael Loui on the NSF-funded project: Role-Play Scenarios for Teaching Responsible Conduct of Research, where she delivered Responsible Conduct of Research training sessions and collaborated on research to evaluate training effectiveness.
Stephanie is currently a Research Consultant for Humana, where she works with members of the Human Capital Analytics and Associate Experience & Values Teams to strengthen Humana’s culture throughout the associate lifecycle, leveraging individual assessments and employee surveys. Stephanie is leading the implementation of pre-hire assessments and realistic job previews across Humana that will help job applicants and recruiters decide if a particular job is the right fit.
