Seonghee Cho
Seonghee Cho joined NCPRE as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. She earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois in 2016, and left NCPRE to become an assistant professor at North Carolina State University. Her research focuses primarily on emotion and health in the workplace. Specifically, Seonghee applies advanced psychometric strategies to examine the quality of non-cognitive ability measures, such as personality assessments, in order to improve their measurement. She also studies organizational health psychology, conducting multilevel modeling analyses to explain the mechanisms of employee health, safety, and well-being using longitudinal and diary data.
