Ayesha Sengupta

Ayesha Sengupta is currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the National Center for Principled Leadership and Research Ethics, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL. She is also a Ph.D. Candidate at Maharishi International University, Iowa. She is a former visiting research scholar at The George Washington University, DC. She is a published scholar interested in researching and teaching women's leadership and empowerment and DEI in organizations (intersectionality and racial discrimination).

She has prior experience working in higher education administration and in non-profit organizations in various capacities. Additionally, she has 6 years of experience conducting international academic summits in the area of leadership, spirituality, and management. She is deeply committed to contributing towards the improvement of lives across the globe through research and active participation in endeavors fulfilling the same.
