Confronting Challenges In Academic Units Conference
Our CCAU consortium provides resources and a framework for university leaders and faculty from universities across the country to address and work through specific issues or difficulties in a challenged academic unit. Our conference is held annually in Chicago. At the conference, we provide context on dealing with challenged academic units, a data- and evidence-based framework, and extended sessions moderated by experienced leaders to help each attending group work through their own situation in a confidential setting with guidance available to develop clear, actionable strategies for restoring academic units to health and vibrancy.
